Event photography up close and personal

Some people like cameras, others go into hiding when they see one. A good event photographer knows how to create a balance between meeting the individual needs of all guests and at the same time capturing the ambiance of the event. This is why all good event photography is a play between closeness and distance – ideally it is very intimate without being obtrusive.

Documenting moments for eternity

Our freelancer Ioannis Charalambidis has mastered this balancing act. His documentary photographs for various event locations and hosts in Nuremberg include portraits taken at all types of events including live concerts, recreational gatherings, and club nights. Up close yet respectful and reserved, Ioannis immerses himself in the audiences at the various locations. His photographs reveal the joy and high spirits and make you feel you participated in the event.
