For this project, our pho­tog­ra­ph­er Hannes Riedel cap­tured the spe­cial atmos­phere at the company’s premis­es. His archi­tec­ture and mood shots of the green­hous­es, ware­hous­es, and admin­is­tra­tion build­ings are true-to-life detailed rep­re­sen­ta­tions of the size and capa­bil­i­ty of the family-run company.

Staff portraits – between posed and natural

The staff mem­bers are the soul of the com­pa­ny. Hannes por­trayed them in their usu­al work envi­ron­ments. By ask­ing them to assume delib­er­ate­ly staged pos­es in their famil­iar sur­round­ings Hannes man­aged to pre­vent the ama­teur mod­els from being ner­vous and cre­at­ed authen­tic, con­ge­nial portraits.
