Event Coverage Video for Trench Group

Trench Group is a world-leading man­u­fac­tur­er of high-voltage com­po­nents for pow­er trans­mis­sion. Headquartered in Berlin with over 100 years of expe­ri­ence, the com­pa­ny devel­ops and pro­duces mission-critical prod­ucts such as bush­ings, instru­ment trans­form­ers, and reac­tors that keep pow­er grids sta­ble and reli­able world­wide. In September 2024, Trench cel­e­brat­ed the open­ing of its new head­quar­ters on Sachsendamm in Berlin.

Video Production for Corporate Event in Berlin

For this spe­cial occa­sion, Trench approached us to cap­ture the fes­tiv­i­ties in a dynam­ic event film. The open­ing par­ty was aimed at employ­ees and their fam­i­lies as well as com­pa­ny partners.

During an inten­sive pro­duc­tion day, our team doc­u­ment­ed the entire event at the new Berlin head­quar­ters. Using mul­ti­ple cam­eras simul­ta­ne­ous­ly, we cap­tured dif­fer­ent per­spec­tives of the event. From wel­com­ing guests and the CEO’s open­ing speech to show acts, close-ups of the mod­ern facil­i­ties, and vibrant par­ty atmos­phere. Aerial drone footage show­cased the impres­sive build­ing and the activ­i­ties on the premis­es. Authentic inter­views with guests and atmos­pher­ic impres­sions round­ed off the exten­sive material.

From Film Production to Finished Corporate Video

In post-production, we focused on cre­ative dynam­ics and a mod­ern edit­ing rhythm. Our goal was to con­vey the ener­gy and spir­it of the event in a com­pact for­mat. The result: a con­cise 1-minute cor­po­rate video in English with sub­ti­tles that cap­tures the excite­ment of the open­ing cel­e­bra­tion while authen­ti­cal­ly show­cas­ing Trench’s cor­po­rate culture.

Versatile Use as Recruiting Video and Social Media Content

The fin­ished event cov­er­age video is used in mul­ti­ple ways: on social media chan­nels such as LinkedIn and Instagram, on Trench’s career page, and in future recruit­ing videos for poten­tial appli­cants.
